In order to supply permanent constant quality, HEFTER Maschinenbau continuously invests in its employees and the machine park. A high degree of production knowledge, the many years of experience of our employees, a high level of competence in the planning and realization of customer projects as well as a modern machine park guarantee this quality demand.

In order to continuously fulfill this claim, HEFTER Maschinenbau is organized with a flat hierarchy, so that we can translate your decisions into action quickly and flexibly.



Well trained, customer- and service oriented employees and trainees are employed at HEFTER Maschinenbau at two locations. Through regular internal and external further education courses, we keep our employees always up-to-date with the current state of knowledge and know-how.

Moreover, we give top priority to the subject of training. With a training quota of 16% we are the leader in the region of Chiemgau. Precisely in view of the increasing deficiency in specialists it is all the more important to offer young people a vocational alternative and to secure the next generation of well trained specialists for the company.
